Slider is a miniature–sized hamburger. Its intention is to allow the eater to experience the very satisfying “first bite” multiple times, by shrinking the burger in order to serve them in duos or trios (or more). Slider’s name is derived from bartenders ‘sliding’ it across a table to restaurant patrons. Despite their excellence, slider is not as widespread as one would imagine.
