Sushi is an extremely popular food from Japan that normally consists of sticky rice, seaweed, and raw fish. There’s an immaculate array of sushi variations, demanding the undivided attention of anyone interested in getting acquainted with it. Although fairly cemented as a recognizable food, sushi development continues in the United States.
Save for choosing a terrible–tasting fish, sushi is good to excellent. It is a very ‘clean’ tasting food. Sushi is also a very fun food, due to its detailed architecture, and the fact that one must negotiate a chopstick maneuver in order to pick it up properly. Sushi is generally served in small portions, which has proven to be an extremely popular format in the world of snacks.
Sushi became an official snack on May 9th 2012.
