If cauliflower were cognitive, it would be some sort of basement–dwelling creature. That is to say, it doesn’t look like it’s been in the sun before. It’s extremely white, and resembles broccoli
that didn’t finish developing.
Cauliflower doesn’t taste like much. It can be a bit milder than broccoli, which can be either good or bad, depending on the circumstance. It’s fairly forgettable, though its white complexion helps it to stand out from the green–dominated vegetable
