. It is moderately popular outside of Mexico.
Flan jiggles around a lot, which might make it appeal to eaters looking for that particular characteristic. Flan can be excellent, but it’s unfortunately quite difficult to prepare to the perfect consistency. Nonetheless, flan can be a very satisfying and respectable dessert.
