    Ground beef is a minced up collection of beef that offers flexibility in preparation. There are various grades of ground beef based on their fat content, but the amount of variation is fairly low. Thousands of snacks rely on this form of beef, the most popular being the hamburger. It’s known to carry a fairly significant amount of bacteria, so it’s good practice to cook ground beef thoroughly before consumption.

    On its own, ground beef is a mediocre food. It’s used mostly as a main ingredient that relies on various spices and sauces to enhance it. LIke most meat, ground beef has a high protein content which renders humans attracted to it by instinct (a trait that leads to much dispute).
