Ramen refers to a Japanese
soup that’s filled with noodles. The noodles generally rest in a pork
broth. Ramen is extremely popular in Japan and has come to the United States
in an inferior, but very affordable format (dried and enclosed in a styrofoam cup).
Ramen tastes good, but contains enough salt
to deal a significant chance of heart attack to anyone over the age of 35. Ramen is a very fun food; It’s like exploring a miniature sea from a distant planet.
