Rotisserie chicken refers to a whole chicken
that has been impaled with a rod and spun around near a heat source for a long period of time until it’s been cooked. They’ve become a sort of phenomenon in grocery stores throughout the United States
, where shoppers will aggressively snatch them to avoid going home without dinner.
Rotisserie chicken tastes good, but requires more work to consume as all of the bones are retained after preparation. Vegetarians certainly do not eat this food.
